One of Accessible Academia’s goals is to raise widespread attention for themes such as disability, accessibility and ableism within academia. The network does this by generating online attention for these topics through blog posts on our website and messages on our social media platforms. Furthermore, Accessible Academia speaks out via opinion pieces and (un)solicited recommendations to boards and other university fora.
